BEING HAPPY KEEPS YOU YOUNG

happy
When you’re feeling happy, it’s because your body has released endorphins that make you feel good.  So go ahead, laugh a little, it will reduce your stress.  Stress is known to be a significant factor in aging.

laughter
Laughter enhances your intake of oxygen-rich air, stimulates your heart, lungs, and muscles.  It also soothes tension and can stimulate circulation and aid muscle relaxation, both of which help reduce some of the physical symptoms of stress.  So remember…the next time you are faced with a situation that could have a tendency to interfere with your laughter, think about how GOD created this natural medicine for us all to benefit from.  We just have to change our way of thinking and make a choice to utilize it.

An Enchanted Life With Grace

When we choose to live in Grace, an enchanted life is experienced. Magical things begin to happen where it seems that everything begins to work in our favor and falls right into place when we least expect it to.

When we live in Grace, we will feel and express a life of love, happiness and gratitude for all the wonderful things occurring in our lives.
Our life will become free of struggles and we’ll be able to become free of stress and adversity issues.  We’ll notice it all beginning to miraculously work for us instead of against us.
When we choose to live in Grace, an enchanted life is experienced.  Magical things begin to happen where it seems that everything begins to work in our favor and falls right into place when we least expect it to.

If and when an opposition occurs, we must not panic when we live in Grace.  We have to understand that it is for a reason which may be far beyond our understanding.  This is the time when we must be still and trust God.  When we are still, we are able to see all of HIS confirmations that will assure us that all is well!  Happy Monday!

Whose Life Is It Anyway

Are you feeling obligated to place your goals on the back burner?  Are you doing this for the sake of others in your family?  I’ve had clients come to me wanting to pursue their passion, but have had a relative they lived with to give a guilt trip or discouragement when it came to them taking action to pursue.  We have to remember what is for you is for you and your life should not be penalized for the wrong decisions a parent, sibling or close friend has made in the past that has placed them in the predicament they are in now.  No one can hold you back from your dreams but you.  There is a plan of execution that needs to be made and it’s up to you to make it happen so that the plan becomes a positive and effective plan.  You can’t continue to feel that your options are limited when it comes to pursuing your dreams.  Sit down and make a list of what’s holding you back or what’s causing you to place your dreams and goals on the back burner and then come up with a plan to tackle each one of them.  If you are serious about wanting to tackle them, you’ll find a way to do it.  It might take some sacrificing, but you’ll do it if you’re serious.  Once you have began to tackle them and began to pursue your dreams, you just might begin to inspire the ones who were holding you back to make a positive change within themselves as well.  Life is too short and it’s up to us to discover what our purpose here is and proceed with pursuing it!
