Hey guys!

I had the opportunity to dine at Eddie V’s in Ft. Worth, Texas this weekend and it was great!  I’ll definitely be going back!!!  We made reservations and were seated right on time!  The waitstaff was great!  I ordered the Chilean Sea Bass and my husband ordered the Gulf Snapper.  We decided to take my younger cousin out to eat to celebrate the start of her new career after recently graduating college!  The entree she chose was the Crab Stuffed Colossal Shrimp.  OMG!!!  Everything on their menu looked Delicious!!!   We actually could not resist sampling each other’s food when it arrived!  LOL!!!  Before our entrees arrived, we decided to start everything off with some appetizers.  My husband and I think that Eddie V’s has the best crabcakes in the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex!!!  Those of you who know my husband, know that he is a HUGE fan of crab!!!  We also ordered the Maine Lobster and Shrimp Bisque which tasted FABULOUS!  If you are in the area and are looking to dine at one of Ft. Worth’s finest restaurants, you MUST check out Eddie V’s!!!
